Not taking alot of things with us, so come by "point" to it and give me a price you'd pay for it ..and then take it away !!!... some bedroom furniture... some living room furniture.. TV's/DVD player... kitchen stuff.. Gas grill with spare tank... lawn equipment...and a GARAGE full of stuff to pick through..... NO large appliances (sorry !).. Make it easy for both of us, have each sentence start with "I'll give you ..... for the ...." and it's 99.9% a done deal.
