Moving Sale

BIG YARD SALE WEEKEND OF FEBRUARY 11th & 12th, each day from 9am-3pm. Will post the address a few days in advance.

Here's the deal, moving at the end of February. I'm going into a very small place, and don't want to put everything into storage.

So I'm selling a LOT of things - too much for a yard sale, and too much to list.

For example - Sheet Music, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Sofa, , Lamps, Desk/table, Filing cabinets, artwork, bookcase, Desktop computer, laptop computer, dishware, cookware, other kitchen items, curtains, sheets, crystal...

I will ONLY respond to legitimate inquiries via email. That means you have to provide your real name and phone number. Tell me what you're loooking for... I will schedule an in-house "tour" where I can point out what's for sale in each room.

You can make an offer and pay cash only. Some items you can right away. Some items (like my fridge), you can't pick it up until I'm ready to move, so you'll give me a holding deposit.

Don't think that if you wait until later in February, I'll somehow be so desperate to sell that I'll give things away for less money. I am perfectly fine putting things into storage for now, rather than sell things for less than their value.
